this company is absolutely abysmal, their service goes out all the time for multiple days, do not subscribe to consolidated communications EVER.

The service is terrible and I only got the run around while trying to resolve why our phones drop for 6 months and counting. Whatever you do, do not pick this company to manage your phone services. If you do, you'll see why.

My internet service kept going out and so I called that night and they made an appointment for the next day and the tech came earlier to check the wires around my house and ended up giving us a new router because ours was older and made sure our internet was up and working.
