“I wanted to purchase a nice watch for my christmas gift. I walked into Noah Gabriel at Ross Park mall in Pittsburgh..jewelery stores can be a bit intimidating. Joe P was very helpful, let me try on different styles explained the features, the price.
I told him i wanted to look around the mall before i committed to purchasing a upscale watch, He was like , yes for sure no judgment.
I returned because of the selection, knowledge and customer service and picked out the perfect watch. Thanks Joe P for all your help. I love my new Ttissot watch ⌚️”
“Came in with multiple things I wanted to get accomplished. I had an Omega seamaster pro that needed a battery, a vintage seiko that needed a battery, a G-Shock that needed a battery, and a watch that was on a rubber strap that I wanted to put on a bracelet. I was helped immediately and they got me in and out in within 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost that other high end jewelers in the area have charged me and in a fraction of the time. While waiting I looked around the store and the selection they have of watches is great as well. They had to order a battery for the vintage Seiko and told me whenever I’m in the area again to just stop by and they’ll get it done in a few minutes. I will certainly be having all repairs and services, as well as do some shopping, here in the near and far future. They earned a customer for life today.”

“The owner of this establishment has been in the jewelry making buisness his entire life. He's very knowledgeable and genuine in answering any questions you may have. He gave me an excellent price on an engagement ring plus wedding rings for my fiance and I. After 4 months of wearing her engagement ring while working as a server in a busy restaurant one of the diamonds fell out of the engagement ring. He replaced the diamond as well as resized her wedding ring free of charge. Mark at Allegheny diamond mine is the only option if your looking for 5 stars in quality, customer service, affordability and genuiness.”
