Lowe's Home Improvement is a go-to destination for all your home improvement needs in Gibsonia, PA. The local store offers a wide range of products, from gardening supplies to new appliances and paint colors, as well as patio furniture. While the inventory may sometimes be limited, the staff is generally praised for their excellent customer service. One customer highlighted the exceptional assistance provided by an employee named Max, who helped them with a heavy load of topsoil and offered a convenient checkout location. However, another customer reported a less than satisfactory experience, having to ask for assistance multiple times before leaving the store. Overall, the Gibsonia Lowe's seems to have a dedicated team of helpful and friendly employees, with one customer even commending the store for opening as early as 6 AM to accommodate early birds. While the installation services may not always meet expectations, the store is a reliable choice for a wide range of home improvement needs.
Gary in the appliance area went completely above and beyond to help me find us the right appliances based on the measurements we provided. Go see him and cut through the frustration of appliance shopping!
