“This store literally has everything you need. Greeted when you walk in. The staff and manager were extremely knowledgeable of all animal curiosities that came their way. 3 Self-service dog washing stations that were disinfected after each use. Great place!”
“I have shopped here in the past, but never needed any assistance until the last time I was there recently. I came in to get some special cat food for my cat who was having a lot of dental surgery. Zack helped me pick out some good, nutritious, and easy to chew dry food for my cat and some treats. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, he showed me several different options of food and explain why they were a good choice. I bought one of the bags of dry food he recommended and my cat/cats loved it so much that I went back there the next day and bought it in another flavor. He also gave me a bunch of free samples for my cats to try. Also, Kaylee was VERY HELPFUL and KIND the next day when I returned. I highly recommend this pet shop as they have great quality product, good prices, and WONDERFUL employees that actually WANT to help you. They are super knowledgeable on all the products in the store, very friendly, and very caring.”

“You know when summer is coming, I can buy vegetable plants for our garden. Nice variety to choose from. Our go to plants: 3 types of tomatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumber, sweet pepper, and butternut squash. Jonathan is quite knowledgeable and helpful. Now, we just need to get them in the ground and hope we are done with frosts.”

After getting completely jerked around by two other local stations, Agway was a breath of fresh air. I called ahead on my drive over, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite on the phone. When I arrived, they saw me pulling my tank out of my truck and an employee came right outside to help me before I even made it to the door. I was refilled, paid, and back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service.
The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the lack of transparency on the breakdown of the fill. It is a flat-rate $16 charge for a 20 lb refill, rather than a metered price-per-gallon breakdown. While $16 is a very fair price to fill a completely empty tank, as a customer, I prefer to see exactly how many gallons were pumped and what the actual rate per gallon is on my receipt. That minor critique aside, their speed and helpfulness saved the day. I will absolutely be back.
(Note: For the Agway piece, a flat $16 for a full 20 lb / 4.7-gallon pump actually works out to roughly $3.40 a gallon, which beats U-Haul's standard McKnight Rd rate of $4.00/gallon anyway, plus you got a true 20 lbs instead of the short-filled 15 lb exchange cages!)”
“This place isn't just fish it also has a lot of exotic reptiles (snakes, bearded dragons, geckos, lizards, turtles) and birds birds (finches, budgies chickens). They have every species of coral and fish you'd need for both salt and freshwater as well as a good amount of cichlids and other brackish species.
Such a wonderful place to visit even if you're not looking to buy.”
“I was very happy to find the product I wanted quickly, was in stock at petco. I wish there was a closer petco! Once there, the clerks were all helpful and I found several things I hadn’t planned on getting. I left, very satisfied with the experience. My cats are happy too!”
“I get really disappointed reading all of the negative reviews when I visit this location because every time I come in it’s smells wonderful, and after I’m hit by the smell I notice how clean the store is. It has a beautiful selection of food, even though some things may be out of stock, there’s always other available options. I will say that I dislike small animals being kept in cages and not given the space needed, however this store does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness and keeping healthy pets!”
“We go here for the dog wash station they have. For $10 you can't beat it. They have everything you need to give your animal a bath, dry them and brush them out, or you can bring your own. The staff is friendly and accommodating.”

Highly recommend - for the fish area. No comment on the rest of the store. The parking lot is ridiculous most days - not their fault.”
“I went in today and dropped my dog off to Jodi. The staff was extremely polite and accommodating. As you can see, my boy Palmer was in a little need of TLC, and Jody did an absolutely fantastic job, as these pictures will show! Believe it or not, my boy is almost 11 years old, but Jody has him looking like a spring pup again! Highly recommend!”

“From the moment I walked into Gibsonia (Store #2869), the staff went above and beyond to help me get my brand new baby girl set up for her furever home.
Anne was incredibly sweet and helped me shop for my little girl, Edith. She walked me through every aisle and gave such thoughtful recommendations.
Tyler was so kind and great to talk to at checkout. He even helped me bring my fully loaded cart out to my car while my hands were full!
Danielle was wonderful with Edith and gave me great recommendations for grooming services. She even gave her a heavenly little spritz of scent!
And the store manager, Nicola — what a truly wonderful soul. She was kind, helpful, generous, and helped calm my nerves during such an emotional and exciting time.
