“I absolutely adore this place!! They have the best personalized dog treats and fun toys and bones. There are even human things to buy like mugs and magnets. I've gotten a birthday cake for my dog and his brothers every year from Three Dog. Highly recommend!!”

“I have shopped here in the past, but never needed any assistance until the last time I was there recently. I came in to get some special cat food for my cat who was having a lot of dental surgery. Zack helped me pick out some good, nutritious, and easy to chew dry food for my cat and some treats. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, he showed me several different options of food and explain why they were a good choice. I bought one of the bags of dry food he recommended and my cat/cats loved it so much that I went back there the next day and bought it in another flavor. He also gave me a bunch of free samples for my cats to try. Also, Kaylee was VERY HELPFUL and KIND the next day when I returned. I highly recommend this pet shop as they have great quality product, good prices, and WONDERFUL employees that actually WANT to help you. They are super knowledgeable on all the products in the store, very friendly, and very caring.”

“Pretty good! Bought a leash for dog, the rascal kept running away! Luckily, one of the workers, Mason, recommended a really good leash to me! He was very kind and did his job quite well! This was a few months back (PS: please tell him to stop messaging my number (how did he get that???) )”

“✂🐾 Fresh Cut & New Beginnings at Larry’s Laundromutt! 🐾✂ Jiggy here… and let me just say, I’ve officially found my spot. 😎 After moving all the way from Stockholm, Sweden to Sewickley, Pennsylvania, I wasn’t sure how long it’d take to find a stylist who really gets me… but Nick at Larry’s Laundromutt? Nailed it. 💙😎 Not only did he take care of the usual cleanup, but they respected the vision… and took my signature mohawk to the next level with this bold blue upgrade 🔥 It’s not just a haircut, it’s a statement… and I’m glad I found a place that appreciates that. Highly recommend to any pups looking to keep it fresh and express their style 🐾✨”

“This store is awesome. Always have a fantastic customer service experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I ordered online and they brought me my big order curbside and left me a hand-written note on one of the 30-pound bags of dog food. And not only during this visit, but every time I order online and pick up at store, they always write a note. 😁”

“This is by far the best pet store. The staff is what make it so special. Lauren, Jess, Jane, Dena, Angela and Kaylee always welcome us with a warm smile. They make you feel like family. My 8 year old son loves coming here just to say hi to them. Everything is always stocked and the prices are great. They have what you need to keep your pets happy and healthy! Whatever kind of pet that may be!”

“Fantastic, fast service, but lacks pricing transparency. After getting completely jerked around by two other local stations, Agway was a breath of fresh air. I called ahead on my drive over, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite on the phone. When I arrived, they saw me pulling my tank out of my truck and an employee came right outside to help me before I even made it to the door. I was refilled, paid, and back on the road in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is the lack of transparency on the breakdown of the fill. It is a flat-rate $16 charge for a 20 lb refill, rather than a metered price-per-gallon breakdown. While $16 is a very fair price to fill a completely empty tank, as a customer, I prefer to see exactly how many gallons were pumped and what the actual rate per gallon is on my receipt. That minor critique aside, their speed and helpfulness saved the day. I will absolutely be back. (Note: For the Agway piece, a flat $16 for a full 20 lb / 4.7-gallon pump actually works out to roughly $3.40 a gallon, which beats U-Haul's standard McKnight Rd rate of $4.00/gallon anyway, plus you got a true 20 lbs instead of the short-filled 15 lb exchange cages!)”

“Petsmart was really nice. They have a lot of cool stuff but I'm very concerned for the betta fish because they look like like one of them are floating on the top and one sitting on the bottom”

“Went there for the first time today. We utilized the pet wash station. It was absolutely fantastic, clean, and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the price of $9.99. The staff was awesome and friendly and overall the experience was a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back and shopping here.”

“From the moment I walked into Gibsonia (Store #2869), the staff went above and beyond to help me get my brand new baby girl set up for her furever home. Anne was incredibly sweet and helped me shop for my little girl, Edith. She walked me through every aisle and gave such thoughtful recommendations. Tyler was so kind and great to talk to at checkout. He even helped me bring my fully loaded cart out to my car while my hands were full! Danielle was wonderful with Edith and gave me great recommendations for grooming services. She even gave her a heavenly little spritz of scent! And the store manager, Nicola — what a truly wonderful soul. She was kind, helpful, generous, and helped calm my nerves during such an emotional and exciting time. This team truly went above and beyond. They are an incredible asset to the store and make it run so smoothly and professionally. Thank you all so much for your kindness and help — Edith and I appreciate you more than you know!”

“This place isn't just fish it also has a lot of exotic reptiles (snakes, bearded dragons, geckos, lizards, turtles) and birds birds (finches, budgies chickens). They have every species of coral and fish you'd need for both salt and freshwater as well as a good amount of cichlids and other brackish species. Such a wonderful place to visit even if you're not looking to buy.”

“5 stars for the fish area - super service, good discussion on fish purchased, very clear on refund policy - and searched to find extra discounts on my fish tank supplies. Highly recommend - for the fish area. No comment on the rest of the store. The parking lot is ridiculous most days - not their fault.”

“I like this Petco. Lori groomed my puppies and did a great job. She was booked for my next appt but going to try with another groomer. Also used this location for when I had my old dog and they always did a great job grooming. I also did pet obedience classes. I bought it during the Friday after Thanksgiving so I got a great deal. The trainer was really good. I only went to the first few classes and got the basics. It was just too hard attending with 2 puppies and a 5 year old to help me! But it was a good class. Most pet stores charge a little more for their items but they also have sales which can help reduce the cost so I do not mind shopping here too. All in all I am glad they have this Petco!”

“I was very happy to find the product I wanted quickly, was in stock at petco. I wish there was a closer petco! Once there, the clerks were all helpful and I found several things I hadn’t planned on getting. I left, very satisfied with the experience. My cats are happy too!”

“PetSmart is a chain retail store that sells foods, medications, accessories, furniture, and more for household pets. It also offers adoptions, a veterinarian, dog training, and grooming. When I shopped here for my cat, I saw her favorite foods and litter in stock, but not her favorite toys, and the prices were higher than what competitors charge, even after discounts from a rewards program. I purchased a couple of treats. The cashier correctly rang up my purchase. My cat enjoyed the treats.”
