As a nursing mom, I am able to shop here and find things are both stylish and practical for nursing a baby, which is shockingly hard to find!I am always warmly greeted by Anna, who is just lovely! She somehow knows the right balance of leaving you alone to shop and also telling you about the uniqueness of the item that you are looking at. One brand she told me was a women-owned businesses and many of the other items are sourced from independent designers and brands all across the world! I have yet to find another boutique who has items that are as unique as Urbana!For nursing moms, this boutique is a treasure trove. There are a variety of clothing options that take into consideration the practicality of nursing. I have purchased all of the following types of things from Urbana: stretchy tops that I can pull aside to nurse, wrap dresses with easy-access fronts, button-down tops, and cleverly designed jumpsuits. It's wonderful to see a boutique that understands the unique needs of all types of women!”

“I'm in a flannel phase, apparently. After a visit to Vermont Flannel during a family vacation this summer, I thought it couldn't get any better. I love both brands equally. LL Bean's customer service is absolutely perfect. The vibe is so pleasant every time I'm in the store whether I need help or not. I don't know how they train their staff, but the whole team is second-to-none as far as retail shops go. In addition to flannel fanatics, their aesthetic appeals to comfort seekers of all ages. “Oh my GOD this store needs to take their hourly rate and TRIPLE IT. I spent nearly 5 hours in that mall yesterday looking for a dress to wear to my dad’s wedding. And towards the end of that, I went in here nearly defeated when employee, Maggie, listened to my woes, and hand picked 9 different dresses for me to try on and by god we found one. I hate shopping so much but her efforts turned my day completely around and made the whole thing worth it. Seriously, Maggie is a true fairy godmother and I cannot thank her enough for the amount of help she was to me. Best shopping experience in my entire LIFE. (Not to mention the dressing rooms are absolutely dreamy)”

“I went to this location today searching for a new pair of jeans. Maria, the Assistant Manager was the helpful to me. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she showed me 3 different styles. She was so patient with me as I had hip replacement surgery and walking around and going in fitting room was challenging. She told me to use the handicap dressing room which was great because it had a bench for me to sit down. I had to call back tonight as I thought I wanted talk in the jeans and they were way too long. She answered the phone, found the jeans and is holding them for me. Old Navy is fortunate to have Maria on their team.”

I was on a website mostly because their extra hefty Big boy clothes were only available there for quite a while.This day, I stepped in to do a return from an Internet order, and it was done, efficiently and courteously.I did look around, and was surprised to see larger sizes now available there.Would recommend this in probably any Old Navy.”

“The Loft is a nice store. They have a good mix of casual and fancy clothing but mostly have casual clothes. They also sell some of their sister brand, Lou and Gray, which is also pretty nice. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. The store is always clean and pretty organized. It's also pretty affordable too. I'd overall recommend coming here.”

“First time in a Gabe's, actually went in to get something from the Amazon locker that's strategically placed at the back corner of the store. Well....it worked. My son and I ended up browsing through the store. We found a few items worth buying at a discounted price. Most of the items seem to be overstocks, things that didn't sell, and so on. I'd go back again if I had more time to browse because, as I said, they do have some things worth buying and not all junk. I'd say it's similar to Burlington. The staff were very nice and helpful, so that made a considerable difference. We ended up buying some super cheap snacks and a pair of sunglasses because I always break them no matter if I pay $5, $50 or $150...I murder sunglasses ?”

I walked in last week and found the dream coat the vintage dream coat of my life LOL and they’re just so amazing. I cannot wait to share more stories with them. “I have always seen the commercials and finally was able to visit this brick & mortar store inside Ross Park Mall. Upon entering I was greeted properly & questioned what I was looking for & how shirts fit me. My fiancé was offered a bottle of water while I tried on their exclusive sanitized “sizing” shirts to get the proper fit. Once finding what fit was right for my body, all I had to do was pick a shirt I wanted and they brought it from the back individually wrapped. During check out, I was then offered & excepted a “palate warmer” which spoke to the brand and their attention to creating a phenomenal customer experience. The shirts are well designed, high quality, made to fit exactly the same, making it worth the extra cost.”

Was on the hunt for some spooky decore for Halloween (it is my favorite holiday ) but JIMMINEY CHRISTMAS SANta must have came early! I have never in my 63 years have found an ethinic nut crackers he was so beautiful I had to bring him home with me and ad him to my collection. My husband Randy said "hey Barb! Were do you think your going to put a nutcracker that big?' I said "bend over and I'll show ya!" Oh boy, we just love Clark Griswolds Christmas vacation movie.., almost as much as I love my new nut cracker from Ross'! I even buckled him in on the drive home. Safety First! I would have to say Christmas is my second fav holiday .. me and Jesus do share a birthday afterall!Wish we had known the back store fitting room we're closed before I hoofed it all the way back to the back of store ..... oh well i gotta get my steps in somehow ! Was blessed to be able to find myself a stunning new blouse and my granson Bennett a dress shirt for a wedding well be attending during this weekend. Overall very clean floors accept near the cash register station but there friendly employees make the trip fullfilling !”
