Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so. I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

The only reason I gave 4 stars opposed to 5 is because sometimes, it's disorganized and a little messy, which is stressful and unpleasant. However, this is not a reflection on it's employees or the store itself. I think if I worked here, I may have a hard time keeping up w/the overall upkeep & maintenance, as well as the public!! I do commend the employees for their pleasant temperament and services!”

“I recently visited Buckle at Ross Park Mall for the first time. The store is a bit on the smaller side, which can make it feel crowded at times. However, the staff were super friendly and ready to help with recommendations and any questions I had. I noticed that finding plus sizes like XL in-store was a bit tricky, but they do offer those sizes for online orders. The quality of the clothing seemed solid, but I guess only time will tell how it holds up. Just a heads up, the prices are on the higher end, with one pair of jeans costing around $76.”
