“I had this total pain in the butt situation that I found myself regarding a title transfer and a vehicle refinance that no one had the solutions to. Not even Linda at first, but she sat down with me and patiently helped me through it. It took a while because the process was very arduous and annoying. But she eventually got it taken care of for me and saved me a couple grand as well. Linda was also extremely friendly and helpful all throughout. She was extremely patient in explaining the process to me and I will definitely be back in the future”

“Throughout the year, I frequent multiple local post offices for business and each location has pros and cons. The staff in Sciota, PA checks all the boxes for customer service: efficient and personable interaction along with knowledgeable information plus the lobby is appropriately decorated and the interior is spotless.Michael is the window clerk and he ROCKS with his helpfulness and great demeanor towards my inquiries and packages.Another female sorting mail and works behind the scenes but ready with a smile and greeting!Oftentimes, I drive OUT OF MY WAY which is an additional 3 miles, to bring my postal business to this location.Great service here always!!”

Other post offices never leave me a message or read my emails… I couldn’t call Sir Hilton back because I suffer from a speech impediment. ? Thank you Mr. Hilton! ? ?”
