“We have used this vet for several years now, always a great experience. Staff are great at communicating and taking care of our dog's health needs. Have used for routine care as well as sick care, including diagnosis and follow up from a dual CCL tear and surgery (referred to another quality surgeon) for our dog.
Highly recommend this office, no bad experiences yet over the past 4 years or so”

“I can’t say enough about how well my cat, Sophie, was treated. She was very sick when we brought her in, and her emergency stay brought her back to health. She was there for 4 days, and couldn’t have gotten better care. Everyone was so kind from the minute we got there. A veterinarian called every day with an update. The cardiologist called to give us the final results of her tests. Everyone spent as much time with us as we needed, and was extremely kind. When she was being released, there were a lot of instructions, and someone spent an hour going over all the details with us. She even showed us how to order the supplements that Sophie was going to need. We would have been lost without that help. After she came home, I called with a question. I left a message, and someone got right back to me. She even asked me to call back to give an update. When we went back for her follow-up with the cardiologist, he spent as much time as we needed, explaining everything to us & answering all of our questions. Even though we have to drive several hours to get there, this is now the only place we’ll bring our animals for critical or specialty care.”
“I went to Media Veterinary Hospital extremely upset due to an issue with my baby’s nails. I felt so comforted by ALL of the staff there ensuring me that they would take care of him and they did just that. I am so thankful and grateful that they are my baby’s doctors. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Snoodles.”

“So thankful we switched to Town & Country! I have two dogs, one of which is very stranger reactive. Town & Country has been amazing! When we first came here, everyone really listened to me when I mentioned the best way to handle my reactive dog, rather than be dismissive. I think because of this we've been able to get all their exams, vaccines, and blood draws done. My dogs may not be the easiest, but I appreciate a clinic that puts as much effort in as I do to make it smooth experience for everyone!”

“We've been taking our little rescue pup here since 2022. They've always been gentle, thorough, and quick to get us in for appointments. A few months ago we had a serious health scare with a dog we were sitting, and they went above and beyond to help me figure out where to go and what to do, even calling the emergency vet ahead of time to let them know the circumstances and called me a few days later to check in - this was for a dog that was not even their patient! I'll always remember their kindness and recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“Dr Mason handled my baby, Nugget, with great care. We took him in for possible bloat and had called Poison Control prior to going in. He called them and spoke with them also, got the correct recommendations. He didn’t tell me unnecessary things to do, told me honestly what he would do if it was his pup and I was thankful for that. Even though I am a veterinary technician myself and have been for over 15 years, I was still very worried about my guy but he calmed my and my daughter’s worries. Thank you very much Dr Mason! Nugget is doing much better after having gone to the bathroom multiple times!!! Haha!!”

He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain options thoroughly and plainly, and seemed to genuinely care about the health of my cat. Not only that, he was determined to find a solution that would benefit my cat long-term, rather than slapping a 'band-aid' on the symptoms of his chronic illness.
I can't recommend this practice, and Dr. Donato, enough.”

“I am so thankful for the wonderful staff and Dr Holmsten. It was a very upsetting time for me to watch my cat of 12 years keep throwing up and lost alot of weight in over the last 3 months. I was told by my previous vet when I called them they couldn't see my cat. So I made 1 call to Animal clinic of Westtown and a very welcoming voice answered and told me to bring my cat in within the hour. I brought my cat in to find she probably has cancer. At which I was talked to about euthanasia. Which I had chose so I didn't have to see her suffer. I will be moving all of my animals from my previous vet to Animal Clinic
of Westtown Village. Definitely the Best staff all the way from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND”

“Dr. Rufus and Bob are excellent not only at what they do but also the way they handle your pet and speak to you. Dr. Rufus performs procedures for shelters like PALS at a reduced fee. I have been using Dr. Rufus for over 35 years. He is very thorough and they have great hours, if you contact the office during nonworking hours, they will get back to you. This demonstrates a very dedicated that service. I extremely recommend Colonial animal veterinarian hospital. Also the pricing of their services are very reasonable.”

I had used Dr. Goodell in the last when she worked elsewhere and when I was told she was now at Whitelands I was so excited to have a familiar face to leave my baby in her care. “The vets at Aston Vet are all so caring, patient, and gentle with my dogs. Gracie and Spunky are both nervous pups and the vets and techs do everything they can to make them comfortable. They are very responsive to setting up appointments for more urgent needs, send reminders for routine visits, and even have a convenient mail order pharmacy service for my pets regular medicine. 10/10 service with 10/10 people. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who has pets!!”
“Dr. Todd is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever been to. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answers all my questions, and I trust his expertise completely. I feel 100% confident leaving my dogs in his care, which is huge for me as a pet parent.
We recently had to get surgery for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Dr. Todd performed it perfectly. My pup recovered so well, and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's such a relief to have a vet who genuinely cares and delivers exceptional care.
The entire staff at Lenape is wonderful. Everyone is caring, professional, and are so patient and kind with my doggies that can sometimes be a little difficult. I also really appreciate that they're honest and fair with pricing, it's refreshing to find a practice that puts animal care first without trying to overcharge you.

“I called them in a panic about my 14 month old puppy. I was told bring her in. I walked in the door, I was instantly instructed where to go, The next desk, took my info and immediately someone came to take my girl to be examined.
It ended up being an allergic reaction to something but the people here were very friendly and quick to help!
I observed one employee being the desk trying desperately to console a woman who’s dog was very sick. Such compassion and empathy!! Well done everyone!!”
