I have a very challenging yard. It has a very steep incline/slope. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get a 10x14 shed in back of my trailer, but by god they did with such finesse.
Ben from Stoltzfus Foundations put my stone foundation in. They did an incredible job. They are contracted with Outhouse storage & Structures. I highly recommend them if you don't want to put your own foundation in. They took great care in protecting my lawn and making sure everything was perfect and level.
Bill the owner of Outhouse Storage & Structures- really knows his stuff. He took the time to come view my property due to the slope. Im sure to make sure he could even get a shed placed where I wanted it. He came with the shed really to unload and do his thing. But rain happened. And instead of him rushing through a job and for safety reasons. He decided it wouldn't be wise to try and off load this 10x14 shed and get it up a slippery slope. I was grateful he was willing to wait. So we scheduled another delivery time.
With 80% rain in the forcast on my new delivery day. Bill took it upon himself to deliver my shed a day early to beat the rain. Normally they can deliver in the rain, but my slope would have created some dangerous obstacles. Bill made the right call each time. Trust him!

“First, I will say that the production lead time on this product is loooong. Three-and-a-half months for me (including the holidays). There is not a lot of proactive communication about order updates either. But Woodland Mills does respond quickly to questions.Why the five stars? This is a very high quality, high value product for the price. It is *not* IKEA grade whatsoever. It uses similar design, but the materials far exceed IKEA quality. The pine boards are flawlessly finished and the joint connector nuts, screws, and pegs are steel (not plastic or pot metal). The back isn't paper, but 5/8 in. pine. It's beautiful. The instructions are very clear and the packaging was perfect. There is pride in the design and manufacture of this product.It clearly states on the website that the shelves need to be assembled and finished with stained, so I was expecting that, and honestly, for the price, I'm 100% okay with it. Prebuilt and stained shelves are 3x the price and don't look any better.I would recommend these to my carpenter father.”
