The quality of materials and the knowledge that Susie and her staff have is so valuable to someone like me that wasn’t sure where to even start for my project. I relied a great deal on Susie and she was absolutely brilliant in her expertise. Even through several bouts of buyers remorse that I experienced, she was right there guiding and putting me at ease.
The installer was very, very professional and knew his business so well! He came on time on the morning of installation and was prepared to finish that day. He programmed the blinds and patiently, went over the remote and how to pair with my smart home system. He knew what he needed to explain and if I had any questions, his answers were easy to understand.
The pictures I have included were taken during installation so you see the vertical blinds more than the complete window dressings. The single and double windows are almost completely done. The triple window picture shows the installation almost complete and some of the shelving units that I keep in front of the window group for my Bonsais and Orchids, etc. The sheer fabric that covers the blinds is perfect to filter sunlight which comes through so strongly in the morning.
If I ever go through this type of work in the future, I know exactly who to work with to create a beautiful window experience!”

Staff is fantastic! John wasn’t up our butts like most other furniture stores and encouraged us to ask any questions. He was able to order us the king size bed we fell in love with. John explained why an item we wanted was discounted and we appreciated that! It didn’t change our mind in still wanting the item. It’s breathtaking! John was knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Loved ones ordered our boys bedroom sets and the one bedframe was broken. They were very apologetic when they noticed it while putting it together as well as when they realized they were just at our new house when we shopped today. We weren’t upset about the broken item because we know things happen and it wasn’t their fault. And they’re replacing the bed. No one was hurt and it’s an easy fix. We don’t mind having to wait. Our son is just grateful his grandparents got him items for his new room (he’s spoiled, but grateful lol as we all are with his grandparents. We can never thank them enough). I was really happy they didn’t mess up our walls or flooring like some places do when bringing furniture in.

And really beautiful items from the paintings to the furniture. We went to so many stores for furniture and this place blew all the others out of the water. We will have almost every room in our new home furnished with furniture from this store

“This is the best, cleanest and most filled store for choices for home goods that I have ever seen and I used to own Vizcaya Home Designs back in the day in Florida. At least 20 aisles of just pictures, 6+ for lamps, 30 for rugs, they have everything and all unique. It's the largest array of Christmas Decor I have ever seen. More than even shops dedicated for Xmas like you see in Gatlinburg, Cape Cod, Charleston and Savanah etc. The staff is so nice and helpful. Plan to take a whole day to go up and down each aisle. Puts IKEA to shame.”

They have a little bit of everything some new, some not so new.
My wife and I found what we were looking for a square coffee table, and as a bonus it has a lift up table top which is something I wanted.
If you're looking for furniture and don't have a lot to stand this place is for you.
The only reason it didn't get five stars is the place seemed kind of Dusty and dirty.”

I have a very challenging yard. It has a very steep incline/slope. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get a 10x14 shed in back of my trailer, but by god they did with such finesse.
Ben from Stoltzfus Foundations put my stone foundation in. They did an incredible job. They are contracted with Outhouse storage & Structures. I highly recommend them if you don't want to put your own foundation in. They took great care in protecting my lawn and making sure everything was perfect and level.
Bill the owner of Outhouse Storage & Structures- really knows his stuff. He took the time to come view my property due to the slope. Im sure to make sure he could even get a shed placed where I wanted it. He came with the shed really to unload and do his thing. But rain happened. And instead of him rushing through a job and for safety reasons. He decided it wouldn't be wise to try and off load this 10x14 shed and get it up a slippery slope. I was grateful he was willing to wait. So we scheduled another delivery time.
With 80% rain in the forcast on my new delivery day. Bill took it upon himself to deliver my shed a day early to beat the rain. Normally they can deliver in the rain, but my slope would have created some dangerous obstacles. Bill made the right call each time. Trust him!

Also feel like since that aren't at registers it would be helpful to have associates who are floaters around the store to help customers on the floor”
