“Josh is AMAZING! So so helpful and knowledgeable and professional! He has saved me countless times when I’ve had weird shopping issues to Africa and other remote locations. I do not know what I would do without him. He can never quit!”

“Delightful experience. Had to ship out a variety of items to various places, including internationally, and the staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. All incredibly reasonable prices for shipping too. The decor from the local elementary school was also very cute.

Love the post office!”

“I put the wrong address on something that was being shipped to me and this post office bent over backwards to communicate with me, find the package, and get it to me. Thank you, Emily!”

“I've never had anything but positive experiences here at this location. The man who is usually there is so kind and helpful. I didn't have a lot of experience mailing things when I first started coming by and he explained everything for me. It's usually pretty fast even though they don't seem to have a lot of employees.

I work downtown so I wait to mail my packages until I'm in the office because the woman at the post office on Liberty in Bloomfield is always so mean”

“Used this for full service passport acquisition. Absolutely delightful experience. We arrived late and in chaos from traffic, parking, and life. Michael in incredible; for us a calming, patient, knowledgeable force while processing 3 unique passport situations. I will be using Liberty Center location for any unique USPS or passport services going forward. Just note the location is funky - there is a concourse behind the hotel that looks like a strip mall.”

“Few times I've dealt w/ staff, they've always been pleasant and helpful. Normally I go their 1-3 times a year (12-ish yrs), but usually at night. Can go in after hrs and have partial access...electronic kiosks, PO Boxes and such. It's perfect if all u need is to buy some stamps or drop off mail.”

“Adam was the real MVP. I walked in 30 minutes before close because I am a twit, but he jumped in to make sure my invitations were sent out same day. Thank you so much!”

“I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F”

“Everyone here is awesome and so friendly. I was in town and had to make a pit stop here to drop mail off on tuesday.

Shouts out to the staff for your help!”

“The place was not only well-kept and had everything I needed to send my packages, but the kind lady who helped me, May, was super helpful and went above and beyond to help get my stuff ready to send. I was in and out in record time, and she made the process super simple and easy - which was definitely appreciated by me, as I don't send a whole lot of mail. ? But now, if I ever need to, I definitely know where I'm going back to. Thank you again, May!”

“This is a little satellite post office in the General Store... a great service to have in the neighborhood. The shop owner that helped me was really friendly and there was no line at all. Check out the shop too.. there’s some nice stuff!”

“This is the best PO in the area! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've been to numerous other Post Offices in PA and never had the pleasant experience I've always enjoyed at the Gibsonia branch. The employees are obviously led by a great postmaster.”

“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”

“This is a full service Post Office located in Verona PA. They also process passport applications or renewals (check rates online). They can snap passport photos (extra $15) on the spot.Note that on Saturdays, they do not take walk-ins for passports, and appointments are needed (make appointments via the USPS passport application site). Even on other days, it is always better to have an appointment to be sure. The separate passport fee (check rates online) payable to the Department of State has to be via a personal check, or money order (not via credit or debit cards). If you forgot your checkbook, the post office can sell you a money order. There is no actual parking I can see at the post office itself. There is a small carpark right next to it, but that is reserved only for Enterprise customers so do not park there. However, there are ample street parking on the streets around the post office. That includes parts of Allegheny Ave and South Ave (where there are 2 hours free parking signs - see photos). The post office staff are pleasant and professional, and all transactions were done quickly and competently.”
