“Wow this was the all-time best car buying experience that I ever had! I spent the last month doing research on various full size suv's. We were looking at new and certified pre-owned. We went to many dealers and most dealers did not like that I had done my homework to find comparables with bigger discounts. Most were rude and dismissive of all the research I had done. Next time Jake came back, he just came over the shake my hand and congratulate me on the new car cause he got it done. I feel that both sides win on this one.
