One even tried to tell me I needed an additional $1200 shifter. Army's transmission, friendly, always available for questions, accommodating. And no need for an extra $1,200 shifter.”
“I brought our cadillac for a transmission fluid change .During the change the tech noticed there was a leak and Josh actually showed me pictures the tech took of the leak.
The shop were amazing explained the repair in detail .Special thank you to Josh at the front desk for his knowledge in explaining the whole process .It was seamless and done in a timely fashion.

My pickup was having issues with the fuel pump and I thought the repair was going to be insanely expensive. The guys at Butler researched the issue and found a much less expensive way to fix the issue for me. They were honest, helpful and my truck is running great! “I had an awesome experience with Tao’s Auto Service! The owner and mechanics did a fantastic job fixing my Infiniti Q50. They took the time to actually listen, explain what went wrong, and walk me through how they fixed it.... something you rarely get at places like Midas or dealerships.
They completely resolved the body/exhaust loud rattling noise, did an oil and filter service, and even identified a tricky trunk issue that Midas refused to touch. Unlike other shops that brush you off or leave the problem unsolved, Tao’s Auto Service got it right the first time.

“Them vs endurance extended warranty. Endurance, though covering the minimum, did so but after reading the reviews I heard about Aamco and having my vehicle serviced there, I disagree with past reviews. They communicated with me thoroughly, and ultimately got my truck done fast! My truck is running great. In addition they let me know about some other issues I need to address. My all around experience was great.”

“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and very reasonable!”
