Dustin fixed an issue with my exhaust pipe and brakes and explained what he was doing so that I could understand and answered all my questions. They also suggested other repairs that I could consider, but were open and honest about the urgency of them and were not pushy. “I left my car there because a very bad noise was coming apparently from the right front wheel. The next morning, Matt called and told me what the problem was and the cost. Later that day they called me when the car was ready which unusually, at least in my experience, a lot of mechanics don't do, they kind of leave you hanging which is really annoying. The cost was a bit below average after doing some research. Overall an excellent experience, I highly recommend Butler Street Motorworks!”
