“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! “I had an awesome experience with Tao’s Auto Service! The owner and mechanics did a fantastic job fixing my Infiniti Q50. They took the time to actually listen, explain what went wrong, and walk me through how they fixed it.... something you rarely get at places like Midas or dealerships.
They completely resolved the body/exhaust loud rattling noise, did an oil and filter service, and even identified a tricky trunk issue that Midas refused to touch. Unlike other shops that brush you off or leave the problem unsolved, Tao’s Auto Service got it right the first time.

Recently had 3 vehicles in for service, a 20-yr old Impala (inspection), a 5-yr old Suburban (inspection) and a 16-yr old Kia (AC issues). Prior to that an ’85 Suburban for major refurbishment, both mechanical and body. Without the excellent work on the ’85 I couldn’t have sold it so quickly (it was a drive-by, totally unadvertised). The Kia delivers the ‘cool’ in our hottest recent weather and the inspections were routine and timely. Is anything cheap these days? Hardly. But good work is worth the cost and more importantly peace of mind.
