“I like this place a lot but I have a problem with the card fee on EVERY CARD. It is not legal to charge debit cards 3 percent. I realize this place does a lot of good but it still annoys me so I bring cash. Staff is always delightful and I always find something good. They have an entire dress section upstairs”

“Lovely local vintage shop. With all the thrifting we have done over the years, I am unsure how we missed Scott and Kayla at three rivers. The shops a gem! Tons upon tons of items from nippon glass to mens/womens fashion & the BEST PART, the earliest they have is the 70s (you know, when clothes were actually made well). The experience alone is worth it. Scott and Kayla are so accommodating and make sure you have the shopping experience that fits you. If you want to chat, they’ll chat. If you want to shop, they’ll let you shop. They are both very knowledgeable in their craft and are quick to answer any questions you may have. Last but not least, YES, they have a fitting room!

“The first time I walked past this boutique I did a double take and then ran inside! A boutique, with PLUS SIZES, is so rare an treasured. I love supporting small business when possible but that’s so hard for plus size clothes. Inside is warm and welcoming, and the prices are so reasonable for quality clothes.
The pieces I have from here have lasted very well and I get constant compliments! I feel so confident in myself and in my body with these chic, affordable, genuinely beautiful clothes.
Äna and her employees are such sweet, kind, positive folks, they have helped me find great pieces that fit my style and my body.
I also love that Urbäna has community events very frequently- the shop fills with women and non-binary and allies and creates such a girl-power, strength in femininity space that is just so refreshing. This shop made Pittsburgh feel like home to me.”
“I can’t resist a resale store so I stopped in on a whim and was thrilled to discover this shop. Small and very organized, there’s a good variety of styles and sizes. Found the perfect dress for an event I have coming up, NWT for an amazing price, plus the owner gave me a little discount! She was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by. Deducted 1 star because website said many things were out of stock that were not out of stock and they do not let customers use the restroom which is frustrating as this is in a stand alone. I would have stayed longer, and potentially spent more money, but I needed to use the restroom and had to drive somewhere else to do so.
I would like to see more products in 2xl sizes as well.”

“This is my absolute favorite Torrid store! I moved to the area in the Spring and have shopped Torrid for years. But within just a few visits to this location, two of the employees know me by name already! One of them (Amanda) pulls my account up without even asking for a name or number! The salespeople at my previous store (years worth) couldn't even do that and it was a smaller city than Pittsburgh. The other employee whose name I forget always has the fun colored hair. :)
The dressing rooms are always clean and are at a comfortable temperature unlike so many other stores.
Everyone there deserves raises and/or a very big bonus.”
“This Old Navy store sells a large selection of apparel for women, men, and children. When I shopped here, I thought that some of the regular prices were high and that the sale prices were low. I chose three tank tops, and they had a low price, a nice style, and good quality. I would recommend that the employees more frequently greet customers.”

“Worth the stop! Jamie’s facials are out of this world relaxing and detoxing! I had her monthly special of a gua sha facial for $120 and got ear seeds as a free upgrade as part of her monthly specials! She has a different special facial every month. Her room is so relaxing and the shop in the front of the store has such cute clothes and knick knacks and accessories. There is even a children’s section of the shop! Tons of parking and just the kindest women who own this spot, highly recommend shopping + getting a facial!”
“The customer service here is phenomenal. Everyone is always super friendly and asks if I need help finding anything. I want to extend my gratitude to Lisa: she went above and beyond to keep an eye out for a specific toy my son has been begging me for. She called us when it restocked and held one for us so we wouldn't keep missing out (which I always do because I work daytime hours). “Stopped in for the first time on mothers day weekend and received exceptional service from Melissa. These sparkle ballet flats caught my eye in the window and I simply couldn't resist. Felt very pampered here with the great customer service, and the glass of champagne offered for mothers day special/sale. I ended up leaving with 3 pairs of absolutely adorable shoes, that are good quality investment pieces to match alot of my wardrobe (with Melissa's help!). I still can't get over how soft some od the leather feels on my feet”
