I believe he went up and above what most merchants would do to satisfy a customer.

They help out whatever concerns you have and need. There’s a place that I can sit and just eat for a quick or not so quick mornings or if I’m not in a rush. Clean all around considering foot traffic on given weekday or weekends.”
