“I really need to give this company a 5 star rating. I called on Monday am, when my propane was at roughly 10%. It was Dec 20th- obviously a very busy time for the company to get in all the customer refills in before the holiday. The phone representative said they’re 3-5 days out. I was worried that I’d run out and she said they prioritize by percentage to ensure that customers don’t run out of fuel, especially in the winter around the holiday. Wednesday at 8am, the truck pulled up. Thank you, Gastec. The wonderful customer service has followed their great install almost 8 years later.
Potential Customers: go with Gastec, you won’t regret it! Great all around.”
“We have had oil delivery and service by Reit Energy Company for years. During our yearly furnace maintenance the repair man found a leak in our old fuel tank in the basement. Chris in sales responded same day and was informative, explained details of the needed replacement and provided a quote later that day. The installers were courteous, arrived on time and took great care to protect our flooring while removing and installing the new tank. They also took the time before leaving to explain how the repairs were done as extra detail was given to the new connections to the tank and furnace. Replacement was performed professionally and in one day, leaving our home clean and tidy. We would recommend Reit to anyone who needs service and/ or oil delivery. 164822.”

“I liked that there was staff at the facility on time. I had an issue with retrieving my rental through the mobile app. And I had an issue with the gas amount & the staff member was able to fix it to it's correct amount of gas.”
“I had a hitch installed on my car. It was a simple installation, no lights or brake attachments. I arrived at 7:00 AM when they opened and I was on my way by 8:45.
There is no place to comfortably wait while the work is being done, hence the 4 stars but a great experience when its all said and done.”

“Ease of access multiple options plus a place to park my car without worrying. My only issue is with UHAUL for not allowing that location to show up in a drop of search from NYC even though that is the closest location to where I'm going which is more convenient to me than the other locations that show up.”

“We did a one-way trip and chose this location as drop off. Off a busy road, so just be aware of that. My wife followed so I have a ride back, but she struggled to find parking even after driving around the block once or twice, so just be aware it might not be the most straight-forward location.
Facility seems small with little room to maneuver, but the dropoff process was super easy. I pulled in, took a pic of my dashboard, and the worker said since I'm just dropping off, I can just leave the keys in the vehicle and they'll take care of the rest. A few hours later, I get an email to say all is well. Thanks for making it easy on a rough day!”
