NEED TO MAKE SURE THEIR ARE MORE SALES PEOPLE TO HELP WITH RESERVATIONS. ALSO MAKE SURE ALL SALES PEOPLE KNOW WHAT TO SAY TO THE CUSTOMERS MORE HELP AT THE LOCATION HAD TO WAIT IN LINE TO LONG. I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE MY THINGS IN THE TIME FRAME I WOULD HAVE LIKE.

Had a late drop off and came in to make sure the return went smooth, Keyvan behind the desk was helping multiple customers at once and manning the phones all at the same time. Still got me in and out with no problems. Great hustle, very appreciated.
