“Based on my recent delivery experience with EFW for my 75-inch television, I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. The entire process was seamless and efficient, from scheduling the delivery to the actual drop-off. The delivery team was punctual, arriving within the promised time window, and handled the large TV with great care, ensuring it was safely transported and set up in my home.
The communication throughout the process was excellent, with timely updates and clear instructions provided via email and text messages. The delivery personnel were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by EFW and would highly recommend them to friends and family for any delivery needs.”

“Great service! I always go to this post office for dropping off packages. Very quick and efficient! Staff is very helpful and even took time to explain how to save money in shipping costs (flat rate boxes vs weighing packages).. small office but usually isn’t too crazy busy; although I have seen a line around lunch time right before they close for lunch. Very happy with service here! It can be intimidating walking in there not having a clue what you’re doing, but they’re very helpful and welcoming!! Def would recommend.”

“Great experience with a residential freight delivery. I had a 600lb+ crate delivery and FedEx was very coordinated and helpful with the delivery process. They adjusted delivery time, called ahead on the day of with an ETA, and then helped me get it up the driveway into my garage. Excellent experience and highly appreciated.”

“I really like this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's convenient, easy parking, and while their hours are a little wonky, it works for my schedule. I appreciate that the staff helps me pick out the right packaging and the best shipping methods. Plus, they always have a nice selection of stamps.”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

“I mail packages here frequently, and the staff is always very kind and helpful. Clerk 9, the Egyptian fellow everyone seems to have a problem with, is especially helpful when I come in with an armful of packages and a mix of printed labels and QR codes. He double checks that the right things are getting their proper labels, which I appreciate.”
“Made a passport appointment here for my girlfriend and I. We got setup with Dana after showing up early and were in an out in about 10-15 minutes. So much simpler and easier than I thought it was going to be! Dana is awesome, thank you!”
“All I wanted to do was speak to someone in the post office service. Everything was an automated and it didn’t even give you the option to do that it just kept saying passports. What happened to the day or people just answered good morning Steelton post office”
“I have been coming to this location for the last several years for Amazon returns and other package mailing. Almost always either have no wait at all or a quick moving line. Very kind and incredibly helpful staff, efficient service, and get what I need accomplished without hassle.”
“The Harrisburg PA Package Sorting Center is a joke my package was scanned on January 27, 2026 and since then it's no where to be found. I guess they have thieves working there because almost every review I see from different people everybody is having the same issue. My suggestion is to get local news involved to see if they get to the bottom of the problems at this sorting center.”
“FedEx DC my trailer was loaded so I was in and out. They have showers a clean bathroom. No overnight parking. There are two truck stop 7 miles from the FedEx. The truck stop name are Rutter's.”

“This was their central location for Harrisburg i believe and i the staff were really nice, I went there after 6:30 as one of the staff called me and let me know about my package and they told me that i can pickup until 7:30 even though their pickup window closes at 6 p.m. That was important package for me and they were helpful.”
