“The worst I was hoping for has happened. I planned my moving and lot of other stuff based on this delivery and right on the day before the scheduled delivery, these guys postponed it. I had to cancel all my other plans at the very last minute just because of this.

“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”

“Dave was great no issues at all I can tell you way better than 7th st post office customer service great and dave agreed with me something wrong In harrisburg post office on 7th st so I knew it was not all usps offices and 7th st needs a new look quick and fast in harrisburg. Dave was great has integrity and no issues i waited till I had a doctor's appointment to come to this post office so there is the difference. Small but I know it will get to the destination no issues. In case know one knows u dont have to buy tape and it is at the usps discretion if they choose to help u or not. But file a complaint on the post office that no does there jobs at all. And seen how I have so many issues with 7th street post office harrisburg lazy and worthless I am going to go deeper into this and make them do there jobs. Dave was wonderful and no complaints at all I will go back to boiling springs post office. I have always liked it there for 20 or more years love ❤️ it”
“I’ve been to this UPS drop-off location before and don’t remember having any issues, but this time was frustrating. The sales rep entered my phone number into the system, and it kept saying it was invalid even though it’s definitely a valid number. Either their system needs to be updated or they need a better way to handle situations like this. My phone number shouldn’t be a problem.”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

“Basic post office with a self- serve lobby with mailboxes that stays open extended hours, but there is no self-serve stamp or package weighing machine there. The employee behind the counter was pleasant & efficient, but she was the only person there to help customers despite a line of 6 people backing up.”
“The Harrisburg PA Package Sorting Center is a joke my package was scanned on January 27, 2026 and since then it's no where to be found. I guess they have thieves working there because almost every review I see from different people everybody is having the same issue. My suggestion is to get local news involved to see if they get to the bottom of the problems at this sorting center.”
“I stopped in today for a new sheet of stamps. The young man accommodated me nicely by showing me the current selection of stamps available.
How about the stamps reflecting 250 years of mail delivery in the United States? A history lesson on all the services offered by the USPS.”
