“Dave was great no issues at all I can tell you way better than 7th st post office customer service great and dave agreed with me something wrong In harrisburg post office on 7th st so I knew it was not all usps offices and 7th st needs a new look quick and fast in harrisburg. Dave was great has integrity and no issues i waited till I had a doctor's appointment to come to this post office so there is the difference. Small but I know it will get to the destination no issues. In case know one knows u dont have to buy tape and it is at the usps discretion if they choose to help u or not. But file a complaint on the post office that no does there jobs at all. And seen how I have so many issues with 7th street post office harrisburg lazy and worthless I am going to go deeper into this and make them do there jobs. Dave was wonderful and no complaints at all I will go back to boiling springs post office. I have always liked it there for 20 or more years love ❤️ it”

“Rich is amazing at this post office! He goes way over and above his duty. If it were not for Rich my mother in laws paper work would not have been found at another post office! It was sent certified and was apparently in a pile not being delivered! He found it and picked it up himself and delivered it for us.Thank you Rich for all your diligence and hard work”
“Clean efficient place. Tip - have your stuff ready to go when you get there - use a good quality corrugated cardboard box and keep your stuff from moving in the box by, for example, stuffing crumpled newspaper under, beside & over your item. Write the final address on a paper to place inside in case the front lable gets ripped. Use either clear or reinforced packing tape over the main flap and all edges. Have the address ready when you get to the counter and be prepared to pay a lot if you want it delivered super quickly (take the standard delivery time and add a day to predict when it will get there). Slow lines here are caused by confused customers, not the staff.”
“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”
“I’ve been to this UPS drop-off location before and don’t remember having any issues, but this time was frustrating. The sales rep entered my phone number into the system, and it kept saying it was invalid even though it’s definitely a valid number. Either their system needs to be updated or they need a better way to handle situations like this. My phone number shouldn’t be a problem.”
“I believe Michele demonstrated exceptional professionalism and customer service throughout my visit. She assisted me with completing my fingerprinting, which was not an easy process, while also being the only employee available to assist multiple clients at once.
During my visit, she also had to manage a difficult and belligerent customer who was creating an unnecessary issue in the store. Despite the situation, Michele remained calm, respectful, and professional while continuing to assist everyone else.
I really wanted to recognize Michele for the way she handled everything. Her patience, professionalism, and commitment to providing great customer service were very much appreciated.”
“The worst I was hoping for has happened. I planned my moving and lot of other stuff based on this delivery and right on the day before the scheduled delivery, these guys postponed it. I had to cancel all my other plans at the very last minute just because of this.
Update - I got so many follow up emails/calls and my order was delivered eventually. Thank you for the follow up.”

“First experience with this post office and it was lovely. They answered all my questions, helped me address my package, advised my shipping options, and it was fairly affordable to mail a package to Colorado. Polite and friendly.”
“This office is absolutely fantastic at what they do. I called about halting a package at the post office instead of having it delivered because I had to leave on a business trip before the mail would arrive. Not only were they able to track down and stop the package while it was in transit, which is a miracle in and of itself with how complicated our mailing infrastructure is, but they didn’t even charge me for it! I was expected a Package Intercept fee but because all I needed was it held, she gave me the package, I asked if there was a fee, the woman just smiled and said “no, have a great rest of your day!” And that was that. Definitely a 10/10 experience and hope others have similarly positive experiences.
Devun, or mailman for as long as I can remember, is also super friendly, very efficient at his job and always delivers on time, even with packages. Props to Devun for being a great guy!”

“Some of the tellers were very nice others were ok. I went to get my passport and the lobby was packed. I wasn't sure what i needed to do so I waited for my turn to ask the needed questions. The paperwork was right there, no clipboard or anything to help fill out the paperwork MUST BE IN BLACK INK. Well I walked my happy body as far away from the lobby to find some quiet place to fill out paperwork. All the way to the back of the post office leaning on a high table. I made a few mistakes so I had to refill out the paperwork. There were a few people waiting ahead of me. I waited on the window seal still no seating. At my appointment time I went back up to the window to let them know I was there and ready for my photo and such.
That lady was very very kind.”
