“My boyfriend booked a room for my birthday to surprise me. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't working. The staff and manager at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING! They were able to put us in another room with a working tub! The rooms were both very clean and smell amazing. Ideally I'm sure that's not how my boyfriend had things planned to go,but things happen.... everything worked out... and i had an amazing bday!”

“We had a great night in a little cottage. Great price and very nice customer service. The woman who runs the place works very hard to accommodate you and is also your housekeeper and host. I cant wait to come back. The neighbors were so nice and inviting.”

“The hotel overall needs to be updated HOWEVER it was clean, well kept, and offers so many amenities! Indoor heated pool, 24hr gym, game room, basketball hoop, free breakfast, WiFi & more. Hotel overall was clean and well kept. It’s 15 mins away from Hershey Park, Walmart and places to eat. Staff were great! The man that was (I believe) in charge of breakfast area kept it clean, organized and well stocked. The lady that checked us in was very nice; She was a little overwhelmed (there was a power outage in town and people flocked to the hotel) but she kept it professional! When we got back from the park there was a gentleman name Anthony that worked at the front desk; very polite, helpful, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us during a crazy downpour. He answered our questions and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. I thought he was the manager based on how good he was running the front end, but he wasn’t (Definitely manager material).”

In the evening I visited their restaurant bar with high quality food and service. And I slept like a king in the totally renovated rooms Wooo! And a good breakfast could not be missing with home made products I recommend it”
