“The rooms were very clean. Some minor stains on furniture and some small stains on walls. But overall very clean. I was disappointed with housekeeping during our stay. They came in and only did our beds and put fresh towels. No cleaning at all (including emptying trash) and did not replace toiletries that were empty/low. We got back so late from the park that I didn’t bring it up to anyone’s attention as I just wanted to rest. One of the selling points of this hotel when booking was the heated pool. It was NOT heated and I didn’t get to enjoy it like planned. It was also not clean, the floors, tables were very dirty. The pool walls had black stains in several places. The staff were very friendly from checking to check out.
One other thing is there were no good places to eat however, we also didn’t try the restaurant at the hotel.”

“I was in Harrisburg visiting my son, who lives in downtown Harrisburg. I looked at hotels in Harrisburg but not downtown. I preferred to be more on the outskirts where I could be closer to nature.
Now this is a romantic place catering to couples. I was traveling alone but that did not matter to me. My suite was outstanding! The king size bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, but I did not use it. I preferred the large walk-in shower. My only drawback was the wall colors. I am not a fan of lavender and purple.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay. When I return to Harrisburg I will stay here again.”

“I give a solid 5 stars for sleep inn and suites in Harrisburg ! I stayed here for a couple weeks , while I was waiting in transition for a new home. My experience here was exceptional ! Everyone here was very friendly, professional and accommodating ! The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet during the week. Obviously , weekends are busy at this location with a Hersheypark and nearby events. A clean bathroom with walk-in shower with huge glass door. They provided a clean smelling shampoo and conditioner ( in a squeeze bottle dispenser) . Same brand handsoap and moisturizing lotion. The room service was on point everyday ! PLEASE TIP the housekeepers ! These ladies work hard to make sure every room is nice! They have a wonderful breakfast EVERY day ! Scrambled eggs, sausage , waffle machine , yogurt, fresh fruit , mini muffins , breakfast cereal orange juice , and good coffee! I like to give credit where it's due, and this hotel gets my WELL DESERVED compliments! Thank you everyone for making my stay wonderful !”

“Very comfortable beds...it was extremely difficult getting out of bed this morning. I have to rave about the restaurant! I did not show up until almost 10am. From the manager-Carita, the server-Najae, and the cook-Shawn...the applewood bacon, scrabbled egg, provolone cheese on toasted buttered sourdough bread was delicious and huge! Great service and conversation. I would reccommend!”

“This hotel is located in the center heart of downtown Harrisburg. It is very beautiful. Walkable cute little area and downtown. Lors and lots of stuff for you to explore. It is 15-20 minutes drive to and from the airport. Very convenient and pretty (if you love city) the hotel room was nice the bed was so comfy and the hotel staff are so helpful and friendly! ??????”

“The area was great and convenient to the airport, city's of Harrisburg and Hershey and some good restaurants.
The hotel building was nice. The rooms were nice but we stayed in one owned by the same organization in a small college town in Texas the week prior and the rooms were nicer. Staying on the first floor we heard kids jumping off beds and running late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was stocked our first morning and the lady kept it clean but the next morning when the man was handling it, it wasn't. Our trip was for a funeral and tine with extended family.”

“What a wonderful experience— we stayed in the suite and the whirlpool next to the bed really came in handy to wind down after long days at Hershey park!!! Very spacious and the fireplace under the main living area. We will refer friends and family and definitely be back again very soon!!!!!”
“Typical urban business park hotel location. Older hotel. Our room was next to the highway. Very noisy. You would think a Hilton honors member who booked with the hotel directly would get a better room selection. I was not greeted as a Hilton honors customer.”
“I checked in today and Miss Elise was absolutely kind and welcoming. Because of the construction going on in the lobby she went out of her way to show me the quickest way to get to my room. “If you need a clean room, cheap, this is your place. Has all the normal room items you expect. Didn't see an pool, but i wasn't look for one, needed a bed and a shower. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot worked, as well as the iron and ironing board. Had in room USB ports to plug in my charging cords. Left very satisfied.”

“I had an excellent experience here, largely because of the outstanding staff. Jon went above and beyond to help me fix a mistake that happened during the reservation process. He handled it quickly and professionally, and everything he recommended about the room and the stay was exactly as he described.
I’m a Marriott Titanium member and typically stay exclusively at Marriott properties, so I have experienced a lot of hotels and staff over the years. I can honestly say I’ve never encountered a team this helpful and attentive before. Kudos to management for training and maintaining such a great staff at this location. The hotel itself may be a little dated, but very very clean, but the quality of the service more than makes up for it. Special thanks as well to Heather and Lourie for their kindness and professionalism. The entire team made the stay exceptional.”
