How many overdrafts have they already refunded.. and how many times have they asked for documents.. why have someone else name at the top.. why couldn't the name at the top take care of it?? So many questions that leave an inquiring mind wondering.Orrstown is a bank for responsible kind of adults that take the time to spell check thier bad review. lol”
“Excellent customer service. I got there right before closing. And the teller was able to solve my fraud problem with my card immediately. After bad experiences at other m&t banks before, it was great to get someone nice who knew how to do her job. If I knew her name I would put it on here, because in my opinion no matter what her position or pay is, she should be reviewed for a promotion, raise,bonus, whatever.”
