“I recently had a minor car accident that required my car to be towed to an auto body shop. While my insurance company and the auto body shop were both very difficult to work with, working with Enterprise was by far the easiest part of this process. I called them to see if someone could pick me up from the auto body shop to take me to Enterprise to get my rental car, and they were extremely helpful! I worked with Dan Brown directly and he was awesome! Definitely an asset to the company. Long story short, my car insurance company decided not to cover the rental car for more than 7 days, so I basically had to return the car a few days later. Enterprise was really helpful with this as well! They told me to just leave the rental car at the auto body shop and they'd send someone to pick it up. Then they called me later that afternoon to confirm they retrieved the rental car and that everything was good to go. I genuinely appreciated their willingness to assist as much as they did with an otherwise frustrating situation. I highly recommend the Chambersburg Enterprise office!”

Jacob diagnosed the issues and helped us make the correct decisions that in turn will save us significantly in the long run. Along with good customer service we were very happy with the outcome the truck is running great. They took what we thought was going to be a horrible repair and not only fixed it but also took care of other issues with the truck while they were working on .
