“LOVE LOVE LOVE a good bargain and great customer service. Went to another shoe store in Chambersburg on Sunday for sandals for my trip and paid $75 for two pairs of shoes that barely fit my feet because I was scared no one else would have what I wanted (summer shoes). Today I went to the Shoe Dept by Chambersburg TJMaxx and I asked an associate named John if he had any size 7 sandals. Instead of saying no because they’re out of season, he went out of his way to go to the back of the store and pulled out at least eight pairs for me to try on. I found two pairs that I LOVE and only paid $28. I returned the purchase from the other department store immediately after leaving the Shoe Dept. I’m so happy with the service and my experience, even his asking about my trip ☺️ John’s kindness made my day (even my week) so much better!”

The first time I went - and I have difficult sizing - the clerk was great, knowledgeable & helped. When I found the shoe that was just right it had to be ordered for the correct shoe size and color. I was shocked that they extended the 20% sale price that was underway to my 2 special shoes purchases. Elm is quality service for quality shoes.”
