“I want to thank Dr. Kiser for neutering my male cat Mochi last year and now doing a dental with a few extractions on my female cat Alli Jane (AJ). AJ is recovering well so far like it never happened! Their prices did go up a bit, but the cost was still reasonable overall.”

“VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. SHES A 90 LB GERMAN SHEPHERD WHO HAS A LOT OF ANXIETY WITH OTHER MALES. DR AARON DID GREAT AT ASSESSMENT SHE HAS A YEAST INFECTION ON HER BELLY AND BACK WE WERE TREATED WITH THE UP MOST RESPECT AND ALL OF THE STAFF DID GREAT SHE EVEN GOT HER NAILS DONE. I have so many wonderful things to say about their entire professional staff, from my veterinarian, Dr. Wong, and technicians Gage, Breanna and Taliah, to the front desk team Tracy, Nancy, Desirae and Jen.
It is clear that this practice truly loves animals and is committed to their well-being. Every time we walk in, the staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, treating my dogs as if they were their own. “I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.
Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“I have been going to Doc since 1986 with many kitties over the years. That is 40 years!!! A long time to be an active vet in business. I have never had a problem getting my kitties in to see him. I love him and Cathy. So for those upset about doc going into semi retirement after more than 40 years, plan ahead for routine care. For emergencies, emergency clinics are provided. I have had to use emergency clinics before, but as long as doc is there 3 days a week, he will be my vet.”

“All the staff here are very friendly, and the waiting time isn’t long. Our dog has never shown any unusual reactions after getting shots and coming back home. It’s much better than those chain hospitals. The front desk staff in particular are very kind and friendly, and I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care.”

“I was looking for a vet that acted like a Vet and not a greedy money machine. These dog doctors think they are high classed and better than we are . So I was told about Penn Hills Veterinary, the Dr there is fantastic and he does what vets should do. Care about the patient, not about money. He didn't need X-rays and blood tests cause he is so good at his job he already knew what was wrong with my poor boy, that all the other vets in the area of Lower Burrell wouldn't even touch till I gave them 300 dollars. I hope you all start calling him because your dog is gonna be so much happier and healthier, plus my RX for my dog was right there. I was so upset from being treated like crap from the other Vets in our area that I owe him a debt of gratitude and the life of my dog, who was to old for me to get insurance on when I got him from my daughter who almost died in a car wreck. Thanks so much for being a wonderful human being and caring about ppl not money”

“Staff were wonderful, but I waited almost 5 hours before I was told they needed to keep my dog overnight and how sick he really was. When he was released, I was told to bring him back next Wednesday for x-ray and blood work. I was told to call the day after discharge and let the doctor know how he was doing. I called from 3 different phones and it kept saying the number was disconnected. I finally found an email and then someone called me back. I was disappointed that when the doctor saw I didn't call, he would have checked in with me.When my dog was there, he was cared for wonderfully.”
“I cannot recommend this team enough (and should have left this review sooner)! Doctor Sarah and the entire Hart's Run team is not only compassionate towards both your pet AND you as the pet-parent, but skilled in their craft and an absolute asset to their community.
Not only did they accommodate my schedule, they accommodated my family's situation with multiple pets AND assisted me with not only a budget-friendly solution, but also provided education and supplies for follow-up home care.
As silly as it might sound, I can get frantic when it comes to our fur-babies, and others have brushed me off or gotten annoyed with me because of that. Thankfully, ALL of the members of the HRVH team showed nothing short of care, concern and patience for me and my fur-babies throughout the entire visit.
As an added bonus, the office is just lovely; comfortable and adorned with photos of the team's own fur-babies.
Please don't hesitate to call the HRVH team if you need help. I drove from an hour away for this care and would do it again <3”
