Best Buy employees on the other hand lied to us about “fixing” a phone, telling us they only had to replace a charging port and ended up replacing the phone, totally losing all account information and couldn’t recover the account afterwards. My mom and I came to T Mobile and Robert and Matt saved us! Thank you guys!”
