“Robert Wagner and Matthew Troiani are the best employees from any tech company I’ve been to. Very quick and helpful. I’ve never felt so calm recovering an account on my phone. Best Buy employees on the other hand lied to us about “fixing” a phone, telling us they only had to replace a charging port and ended up replacing the phone, totally losing all account information and couldn’t recover the account afterwards. My mom and I came to T Mobile and Robert and Matt saved us! Thank you guys!”

“Awesome service! Disappointed that The chicken joint wasn't open even though it said it was open 24/7 online. Walked in around 2 am and was told by the cashier lady that it's only open from 7 am to 8pm. You should really correct that to eliminate Further customer confusion if you want to continue to have better reviews.....I'm only leaving the 3 star review myself because of the outstanding cashier, Shelby. Luckily She told us that the Roller items were just finished hot and ready fresh off the grill when my spouse and I arrived to the location hoping for roost chicken but we got fresh off the grill hot rollers instead! Even better! She was nice and made great conversation 10/10 to the store wonderful location .”

“Dan does a very good job at installing stereo systems. He installed a Bluetooth speaker stereo system in my PWC and it works awesome. However, if you have any issues with the project he worked on or if you want him to do work for you, he will make you wait for weeks or even months to work on it. If he would tell you something will be done in 5 days to a week, a week will turn into a month. The guy does a great job but he is dishonest when he tells you when the job will be done. It's because he has a lot of other projects lined up ahead of you to do but I also think it's because he doesn't have a lot of help. Other than that he does good work.”

“Robert assisted me this Saturday morning. He was awesome! Answered all my questions with excellent knowledge and a great attitude. The wait for a Saturday at 11AM wasn’t more than 10 minutes with no appointment. Robert helped set me up with Apple Music on the family plan giving all 5 family members access for less than I was paying for one family member in the past. I’ve had bad experiences with Verizon stores in the past but this experience made up for any negative experiences and then some! Thank you Robert!”
