“I was greeted by the associates upon entering the store. Help was offered shortly after I entered in a pleasant manner. Noah did a fantastic job of providing Customer Service, while not hovering . He answered my questions honestly and was knowledgeable of the product that he was selling.”

“Already an outlet, but also has a wall of clearance shoes. Clarks are for when you are old enough (smart enough) to buy shoes that don’t hurt your feet anymore, and are Quality made. I don’t want to pay department store prices like Macy’s so i wait until I can come here. They have lightweight summer shoes, professional shoes,casual shoes and winter shoes and boots. I always check for wool socks on clearance too. Oh, and have all sizes including wide, in many styles. Clean, well organized (half men, half women).”
“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”

I've been able to find good pricing here, too, even better than online. They also offer shipping if you find something you like in a size that is not in stock.”

Last time I got two pairs of shoes for less than $60. <They have moved a little farther down in the same building.> I like all of Grove City Outlets, it makes a great place to window shop, and your not always in the air conditioning with the outdoor setting. “The store is HUGE and a little overwhelming. But, there is always someone that is available to help steer you in the right direction. Dressing room is rather small, there were only 2 rooms resulting in a line. The wait was 10 minutes to try something on. Other than that, I give it a thumbs 👍.”

“Today was my first time, Jenny was extremely helpful & kind. She greeted my grandma and me within seconds of entering the store. As I collected clothes to try on, she came up and asked if I wanted her to start a fitting room for me. She continued to grab clothes off me & put them in the dressing room. Once I was trying the clothes on, she checked on me to make sure I was doing ok; gave my her opinion on a top I wasn’t sure about (I asked for her opinion) & she also grabbed a few different sizes that of tops for me to try on!”

“I bought two sweaters and one blouse for $12.88 each, which I thought was a good bargain. The employees could not remember the sale prices and had to keep reminding each other, so perhaps they should write down the sale prices. Because of COVID-19, the employees repeatedly and thoroughly cleaned the surfaces near the cash register.”
