“Safelite was able to get me a next day appointment and came to my home. The technician was extremely communicative about when he would arrive and he was extremely professional and courteous. He did a great job and only took 45 minutes to replace my entire windshield. I thought the cost was very reasonable and very clearly detailed in the estimate. My price was exactly what the estimate was. I would definitely call this location again if I needed to.”

“My son is moving to Portland - from Maryland. He'll be needing a new car as he launches into his new life.In advance of the move I started poking around on-line in the Portland area for used car dealers. I ran into Jake's. I was impressed by the consistency of good reviews so I selected a couple cars to check out and decided to pick up the phone.I spoke at first with Loren and subsequently with Jake. Jake and Loren work seamlessly with one another so if I spoke with one the other was completely up to speed. That's rare. I told them our story about my kid moving to the area and needing Good Safe Reliable wheels. They took the call seriously and got to work. After a few chats they made a recommendation that turned out to be rock solid.I had to make a financial commitment in order to lock in the deal.
