“Today the store was packed with 20 cars in the small parking lot. The line quickly grew and the only open register froze. Michelle, the cashier, was truly a gem and made sure everyone knew that they’d be taken care of soon and she was working on a solution. Although I had to wait awhile in line for the registers to reboot, Michelle was a bright light and made my day. Thank you for your great customer service and positivity!”

“I go to the Dollar Generals in New Milford, PA and Susquehanna, PA the most. I really like the expansion of the Susquehanna store. The prices tend to be off though when the item is rung up. Tags say one price and rings up another. Happens very often. The other issue with the Susq store is one of the cashiers. There is an older cashier at the Susq store who is always a little snippy with customers. I've experienced it personally a couple of times and have witnessed it with other customers as well. She always seems to be in a bad mood. She embarrassed my friend one time by making her feel stupid when she was having a hard time with the new self checkout lane. It was extremely unprofessional. The other cashiers are usually very pleasant?❤️”

“What a treat to find this independent grocery store in rural Windsor! The house made Italian sausage blew me away, so delicious. Fantastic selection of spiedies, coffee creamers, kimchi, limited edition potato chips, always fresh produce, bubble teas and on and on. You can find some hard to find niche products here better than any other store in the greater Binghamton area and prices are very reasonable.”
