“The negative, often grammatically incorrect reviews of this pharmacy are grossly inaccurate. I don’t doubt that, on occasion, a medication is out of stock or there’s a problem with insurance. However, neither are within the control of the pharmacists and staff. All the staff have been wonderful, helpful, and available to answer questions. So I ask those who’ve chosen to give them such poor reviews-How would you feel after 9 hours of fielding non-stop customer complaints? Being required to be the middleman between you and your insurance (yes, the insurance benefits that YOU’RE responsible to know)? Having to stay completely focused while dispensing medication to prevent any possibly deadly mistake? I think they do an OUTSTANDING job and thank them for all that they do.”
