“I bought a car from the dealership and I am very please with the car but also the process. Eldar was very helpful, professional and kind. I didn't even see the car in person because I live in New York. One of his colleagues drove the car up and was very professional when closing all of the paperwork. Lexie was also very helpful throughout the process.
The only thing is that I needed to have a front plate because I am in NY and I will have to do the holes myself.

“I was recommended to this shop for other work which was simple. The next time it was about damage to my bumper and fender. I have to return the vehicke after it was repaired. However Chris made sure the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Without any hassle. Only downside was I had to rent a car for another week. But the work is great! I have changed my score to a 5 star rating and highly recommend them.”
“The Kenwood Stereo/Garman GPS unit in our motorhome kept shutting off and turning back on when hitting a bump. I pulled the unit out and took it to Creative Car-Tunes.
Andy diagnosed the problem, and provided the replacement part number to repair it. This unit is no longer available, so it had to be repaired.
The replacement part came in and Andy was kind enough to repair it while I waited. Service was reasonably priced.

“If I could give Chad 1,000 stars for his support and professionalism I would!! I was recently car shopping with my mom to get her something a bit newer with better technology, safety features and reliability. Chad really took the time to listen to what she was looking for in her next car and was able to make some recommendations based on what she needed. He took the time to test drive multiple cars with her and knew all the different details and features on each car. She ultimately ended up loving the first car she test drove and bought it the next day. Throughout the whole process Chad was unbelievably professional and very knowledgeable. He spent extra time with her to go over the car and make sure she was set up with all the technical features she wanted to use before taking the car home. The service that Bobby Rahal provides before, during and after the sale is top notch and they go above and beyond another local car dealers. Also it’s a Lexus so it’s going to run forever which put my mind at ease knowing she was making a good purchase financially. “My car failed inspection for some rust on my undercarriage and a competitor told me that it absolutely could not be patched, and would not pass inspection unless that entire part was pulled & replaced and then it would need an alignment. The competitor quoted me $1600.
I took it to Jay at Global Auto Collision and he said that not only could he patch it, but also that he could do it immediately, while I waited. My car was back on the road one hour and $150 later.
I took the car back to my regular garage for re-inspection and it passed, no questions asked. JAY SAVED ME $1400. I would not hesitate to call on Global Auto Collision again if the need should present itself.”

“Guaranteed to save you money and they have everything you need for my 13 step fuel treatment system. Everything you need except for ZMax transmission formula. They do have the engine and fuel treatment by zMAX in stock.
Be sure not to buy any metal valve stem covers ever. I don't know why they sell them. It's a horrible idea to sell any metal valve stem covers. Always use plastic. They also stock Amsoil 10w-30 motor oil for my Honda mower!”

“I have a 2016 Mercedes that had an engine light on, and was just serviced by another shop recently. With that said I decided to go with Hawkins and test out the waters. They were able to get me in ASAP, and the car was fixed within 48 hrs. Parts were ordered Monday, and the car was repaired by Tuesday before closing. The customer service was second to none, and the cars is perfect. We will continue with Hawkins Service Center , and I highly recommend them.”
