“I called CS and was told no appointment was needed. It's a shame ACNB will not train there tellers on multiple functions. They can handle more than they are given credit for. Alizaya Myers waited on us. We needed to close a safe deposit box. She stated we would have to wait for a customer service rep. The CS center gave us incorrect information. She did not know how to close one. She went the extra mile to call Julie Marshall, who I believe is a supervisor or manager. She gave Alizaya instructions over the phone, and we got it closed. Major Kudos to Alizaya and to Julie! However, ACNB has a long way to go to get more business from us.”

“I had to file a dispute after my card was compromised and was being used in transactions all over the country. After my local branch told me that I would have to make an appointment and wait a week, I called this location, and they said that they were busy but would make sure to see me as soon as I could get there to cancel my card, get a new one, and start the dispute process. This ended up taking quite a few attempts as it appeared that the chip on my card had been used at these locations, and therefore the higher powers at PNC had determined that I must have been present and had done the transactions myself. Alexis and Kacey at this location took the time to look at the transactions and determine that there was no way that I could have been in Texas buying a gift card and then in Ohio buying a gift card twenty minutes later. As the higher powers would seem to see that the chip was used and write it off as a legitimate transaction, Kacey and Alexis had to keep filing disputes and working whatever magic they did to get somebody to look actually look at it and use logic as we had. They checked on the status of my disputes every day and called me any time there was any sort of update whether it be that it was denied and that they were going to have to tweak their approach and try the dispute again or that several of the disputes at a time were being refunded. Through what I would describe as their indomitable diligence, Kacey and Alexis were able to recover all of my money, even inviting me back to the branch to go over every transaction and make sure it was all accounted for.
I've never left a review for anything before so hopefully someone can get through my essay ad see that they truly went way more above and beyond than I expected or even thought was possible.”
“The very least I can do is recognize and thank Leah Rinaldi at the Hanover branch. I feel she went above and beyond for me when she didnt have to.
I had a less than favorable experience with a car dealership where I was told I was approved for financing, signed a contract and left with the car had it for over 10 days only to later be told I dont have financing by Belco. Curious about what happened and stressed I contacted both the dealership and Belco. The dealership was no help at all and in no hurry to get things done. I contacted Leah through email after submitting pay stubs in this way. Asking if she could take a second look to see what's going on. I feel she took an entire Thursday to help me out, between communicating with me, investigating the loan, contract and speaking with the dealership herself...who was again not very helpful. Leah was able to find the mistake, get it corrected, and get me instant approval. all through email and a 10 minute phone call without ever having to leave work or take time out of my work day. I believe she went out of her way and above and beyond to get this straightened out for me and I appreciate everything shes done. I've never had the help, service and attention that she provided anywhere else before. She was awesome. Thank you again.”

“I been a customer for 5 years I think ... But the lady that helped me open an account is no longer there. I personally never had any issues. They offer another ATM at CVS for the guy that said it was out of service 115pm on a Saturday. I'll know more after talking with them about mortgages.
Most of the complaints I see that are 1 star aren't completely the banks fault ?. The person that tried to deposit a family members money inside? Why not just use the ATM lol”
