She went out of her way to get in contact with me because I forgot to put a stamp on my package. The package contained my passport so it would’ve been a disaster if they just mailed it out and potentially got lost. “This place may get a bad rap, but I was trying to return an item which I mailed back and had the tracking number on the receipt the post office provided. My refund wasn’t processed - the company said I needed the full tracking number…a few digits had worn off and were unreadable. The postal workers helped try different number combinations FOR AN HOUR in an effort to help me. They went above and beyond for sure.”

“This PO has a small parking lot and that’s my only issue with it. I have no problems with the staff and that includes the lady with the “ red hair” as others have mentioned. She’s always been fine with me so I assume it’s the personality of the people she has to deal with.
People have entitlement issues!! She and others do their best to answer questions and I’ve heard a lot the questions asked and people can be so nasty to postal workers as if they aren’t humans! You never know what is going on at home of another person so don’t assume their attitude is all about You! Give them grace! Most of them work harder than a lot of people!”
