And to my surprise, I was greeted at the door by Doyle and had one of the most pleasant, low-pressure, and informative experiences I've ever had. The store is very well maintained. And every customer that came in to the store was greeted with the door being held open and a genuinely welcoming hello. The store is ran very well and I highly suggest it to anyone looking for cell phone/ home internet needs.”
“After the week of customer service I had dealt with I was over it . I had already been to another store and talked to idk how many departments in customer service so I wasn't expecting much walking in today but we left pleasantly surprised. Rob and another guy were in the store when we got there but Rob was our actual sales person. They were both polite pleasant very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with everything we needed plus a better plan than we started with. Rob made everything as easy as possible plus he explained how to do a few things at home to make my life easier since I'm technology illiterate. “We came in to upgrade three phone lines, and Peyton was absolutely fantastic. The first two upgrades went smoothly, but during the third one the store’s internet crashed mid-transaction. On top of that, she had back-to-back customers walking in nonstop. Instead of getting flustered, Peyton jumped into action — she had multiple iPads going at once and rotated between customers to keep everyone moving and minimize wait times. Even when the systems kept going down (through no fault of her own), she stayed upbeat, calm, and incredibly professional. With all the technical issues she was dealing with, it would’ve been easy to get overwhelmed, but she handled everything like a pro. Her multitasking, positive attitude, and commitment to helping everyone efficiently were truly impressive. Customer service like hers is rare — Peyton is a huge asset to this store.”

“Ordered some black Friday items, and could not come to get them during the pick up time established. I called the store and ask them if they could hold them, which they did. When I came to pick them up the person that answered the phone was polite and was able to answer my questions, and the person that brought the order to the car was happy and smiling and Baby it was cold outside! I have used their curbside delivery quite frequently, and have never been disappointed!”

I was very fortunate to have Dustin help me get exactly what I wanted. He was very professional, pleasant, and patient as he explained in detail everything about my new phone. After he had set everything up for me, and answered my many questions, I left very confident and pleased with the whole experience. Then I had a problem getting my car to sync up, and he came out and spent even more time getting it set up with everything working perfectly! He truly went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for his efforts and expertise.
