“Was in the Hanover Home Depot, in the lawn and gardening, I was helped by a gentleman named Brandon. Answered all of my questions with a lot of patience and care. He was very knowledgeable and I am extremely happy with how my project is turning out! Thank you for all of your assistance, I just wanted to take a minute to give Brandon a shout out for all of the time that he gave me!”
“This Walmart is GREAT! The bathrooms are good and have everything that you would need in there. The employees are clean and articulate. They have a really good craft department and are always willing to sell the fabrics that they have available.”
“Today I stopped by The Home Depot store in Hanover, PA to purchase deck sealant. A woman I hadn’t seen previously was working the paint department & I’m sorry that I didn’t catch her name. She was amazing! She knew the product well and made very helpful suggestions. She really seemed to care that I had the correct product. She was also assisting another customer who was purchasing the same product. She started mixing my paint & went to check on the other customer in the meantime. She effortlessly assisted both of us without either of us feeling we were “on hold.” Such amazing customer service that you don’t witness often!”

“My husband and I visited about a week ago to purchase a couple replacement plants and we were greeted and offered help almost immediately. I did go knowing what we were looking for, but their knowledge helped us learn about a tree we have that we weren't sure was growing right and she also checked to see if there were more of the plants I was looking for with maybe a little more blooms. They aren't over priced and have a great variety of plants, trees, flowers etc.”
