“Great service and always met with smiling face. Very helpful and thorough in all my shopping needs. Will be back soon for all my homes fall festive plants and decorations.”
“There were rows of cucumbers labeled eggplant . I tried to notify them but not sure the employee cares. I know plants.
Edited to 5 star review. Great response from caring owner! I was unsure if the mislabeled items were important and obviously they are! I love Heuters.”
“After trying my regular plant nursery and then another one- I came here. They had some of their plants I wanted, ordered other ones I wanted that they didn't have and while looking for one particular plant- I discovered two new plants I liked better. Yes- they are more expensive than most plant nurseries (thus only four stars)- but they have a 1-year guarantee on their trees and shrubs and if it grows in your zone- you can actually find it here ☺ Oh- unlike most places- the customer service is outstanding here!!!”
“This store is what it is. You might have to go there once for a U-haul or every week. The thing that impressed me is how cordial and helpful the employees are. I went in on a pretty busy day and they seemed like they were getting pulled from all sides helping customers to the ac breaking but not once did they forget customer service. 5 star group they have there.”
“I bought a Cub Cadet push mower from here in 2014, it still run's perfect, and I haven't exactly been the best with keeping up with maintenance, but it still start's with one pull!”
“If you are thinking about a pond.....go visit. They do great designs. They are very responsive after the pond build, too---they stand behind their work and they are very knowledgeable. Last year I drove 2 hours to see their display --- I immediately signed off on a pond/stream build. Carl, at the store, is very helpful and knowledgeable (I drove back up today). Mark and Kerri are good about following up with things.”
“Visiting helping my mother, I went in looking for some flooring as well as a water heater. A young man named Cam asked if he could help me, and proceeded to amicably assist me with my issues with flooring and then in plumbing as well. It's rare to find someone knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. He did. Awesome kid, he should be on the management track, hope he does well.”

“Had a great experience at the paint department on 06-24-2026. I bought a quart of Behr paint for my front door earlier that day and the color was a bit too bright, my bad. I took it back hoping to have it darkened and chose a color from the same color”family”. I explained to Ben who was behind the counter what I wanted and he said “give me 5 minutes.” When I came back and there was a new can of my chosen color. I asked if I could have the old paint also, assuming I would be buying the new can. He said no, it’s an even exchange. That made my weekend! He was friendly, helpful and understanding. Well done!”

“Splash is the most professional company I’ve worked with. From the consultation to the final walk through was by far my best experience at my home. The team that built my pond was professional and courteous to my home, this is rare when contractors are on your property. I will sing their praises to whoever will listen. I can’t stay out of my yard to enjoy the beautiful pond they created. Thank you, thank you, thank you. If you’re on the fence, jump on board.”
