Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly and they had what I was looking for. I must say that Paul is a wealth of knowledge and really took his time to make sure my new rig was set up to my liking. We had a great discussion on how to get the full potential out of my rifle and I enjoyed conversing with him very much. “Ron helped me out while we were traveling…camping at Codorus State Park. The derailleur on my e-bike was bent due to an accident and I couldn’t shift into several gears, the chain was rubbing on my tire as well. Ron was friendly and quick, and did an awesome job fixing it so I was a happy camper! He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix. And since this isn’t a tipping industry this was the best support I could think to give. To start, the entire staff is attentive, polite, and helpful; all without being overbearing. On another level entirely is Dave, who is beyond reproach in his skill, knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to perfect your equipment set-up.
