You will never find a more knowledgeable, professional, empathetic, and all around excellent physician than Dr Topakas. The staff was always very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Were they extremely busy? Yes. Were they left short-handed by the Pandemic? Perhaps. These days I think everyone is doing the best they can and people need to be kinder and more patient. You are not just another patient at Tri-Valley. They really care.”
