“Have had Dr Debias as my family dr for 25 years. He is my mother's dr, my son's, and my husband's. Very concerned, takes his time with you instead of rushing through an appointment. For people complaining about the dr not taking new patients: the Dr can only give quality care to the number of people that he feels he can. He would not be the excellent Dr he is if he was overloaded with people.”

“I’ve been going here since moving to the area close to a decade ago, and they’ve been nothing but stellar. At first I had issues with response times, but that hasn’t been an issue for years now. I actually talk to my Dr. rather than it being a get-in-get-out situation. He listens to what I say, and reacts accordingly, and get this… they actually follow up on issues you may be having? Some places give you a recco and forget you as soon as you leave. Not this place. I actually feel heard here, and that’s rare nowadays.”

“After not driving for seven years, starting to drive again and visiting a brand-new medical office was a very emotional experience for me. I was honestly nervous, and by the time my blood pressure was taken, it was 146. Thankfully, Dr. Mary Ann Karp immediately recognized that my elevated blood pressure was likely due to the stress and emotions of the moment. Her understanding, compassion, and absolutely adorable sense of humor instantly put me at ease. Only Jehovah God Truly knows how much I needed that kindness that day.

From the moment I walked into St. Luke’s Physician Group, I was surrounded by warm and caring people.

Loise (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) welcomed me at check-in with such kindness and attentiveness. She made me feel comfortable right away, and she has the most beautiful eyes! I definitely plan to tell her that the next time I see her.

I also had the joy of meeting a fellow Puerto Rican, which instantly made me feel at home. How small the world can be…
…It was such a wonderful surprise!

Susan ( not sure about the spelling) she escorted me to my first room and was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She also has the most gorgeous, lush Blondish hair!

Then I met Jinesh (again, I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). He brought me to another room and took wonderful care of me throughout my visit. We even had a lovely conversation about languages. Since he’s from India and speaks Gujarati, I shared the little Hindi I know, and he kindly explained the difference. It was such a pleasant conversation, and his genuine kindness stayed with me from beginning to end.

Finally, the lovely woman who helped me with my paperwork before I left was incredibly patient, warm, and always smiling. I unfortunately forgot her name, but I will never forget her kindness. She even reminded me of Angela from Who’s the Boss?, which made me feel calm and At ease.

Every person I met added something special to my visit. Each small act of kindness, each smile, and each warm conversation came together to make my day feel complete. What began as a stressful appointment became a beautiful reminder that compassionate healthcare truly makes a difference.

Thank you, Dr. Mary Ann Karp, and the entire team at St. Luke’s Physician Group, for making me feel seen, cared for, and welcomed. You transformed what could have been an overwhelming day into the beginning of a healthier journey, filled with hope and encouragement.

I left with peace in my heart, a smile on my face, and gratitude for every single one of you. 🌸”

“Is practice has been my GP for quite a few years now. Been to both locations but mostly I go to the one in Skip back. I love the people there. They keep very strong track of your records and keep up on all the other experiences you have with your other doctors or specialists. They are the best doctors and most comfortable experience I've had in at least 30 years.”

“Helpful, kind and professional every time I have to come in. They take time to talk to their patients and to have good bedside manner. Very calm and clean as well. Great place to come if needed. Did not get the same experience as the other urgent care in this area”

“Brooke Capetola Nurse CRPN saved my life. I was sent to St Luke's Grandview Sellersville and they miss diagnosed me. They said I had COPD and sent me home. I was home all Easter weekend and I saw Brooke on Monday after Easter. She suspected I had a blood clot in my lung and the only place I could get a cat scan was St Luke's in Quakertown. so I went there. She was right. I had numerous blood clots in both lungs and a blood clot in both legs. She is my angel. She is great and very caring with her patients. Carol A Blum”

“I was able to see a PA the same day, and she was personable, which I appreciated.

That said, beyond basic access and courtesy, care barely met minimum expectations. Clinical decisions appeared driven more by institutional prescribing risk avoidance than by meaningful symptom relief, resulting in under-treatment of significant pain and an experience that did not feel patient-centered.

After sharing this feedback, I spoke with the practice manager and was told another physician reviewed the case and stood by the same recommendations. I was also told they ‘don’t typically use’ certain standard neuropathic pain medications and that very low starting doses were considered appropriate. That follow-up reinforced the impression that the approach was shaped more by practice-wide prescribing conservatism than by individualized assessment of symptom severity.

Other experiences have been better, which is why I rated this recent visit 4 out of 5 overall.”

“PA-C Kwapinski is hands down the best primary I've ever had. She is thorough, attentive, and genuinely listens without ever making you feel rushed. In a single appointment she covered everything on my list and made me feel completely heard on every topic. She asks the right questions, explains everything clearly, and approaches care holistically rather than just checking boxes. It's rare to find a provider who balances that level of professionalism with real warmth and genuine care. If you're looking for a primary care provider who actually takes the time to understand you, she's the one!”

“Sometimes it’s difficult to get someone on the phone, but it’s worth the wait. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and have seen many of the doctors; I have no complaints. Dr. Litman was my first PCP here - Dr. Ibrahem took over when he left. Unfortunately for me, she left after completing her residency so I was unsure if I wanted to continue coming back to establish relationships with doctors just for them to keep leaving. But I’m glad I decided to stay because Dr. Quader is phenomenal and I highly recommend seeing her. She listens, she cares, and she will do whatever she possibly can to help. Also, Stephanie is incredible at getting prior authorizations handled and making sure patients have access to the medications they need.I’ll take the long wait time on the phone any day of the week before I venture elsewhere. They’re busy because they’re good at what they do.”

“Trappe Family Practice is by far the best for family care. Dr. Gina Rose, along with Angela, Erica, Leslie and Tara are always, polite, patient, accommodating, kind, prompt and thorough. They all helped me through a very challenging time recently and I’m so grateful for each of them. I wish more medical professionals were like that group. I hope they know how appreciated they are!

Thank you ladies!!!

Tammy”
