“I dropped my engagement ring off for repair after I noticed I had lost my diamond. Results were that most of my prongs were worn down or broke from over the years. They did a fantastic job at basically rebuilding my ring! They took the time to explain my options with the diamonds and what she could put in and what needed to be done. Well worth the money, it’s looks beautiful and so shiny!”

“The clerk at the store was named Jack and I'm Jill so I made a Dad joke, we bonded and I told him my husband needed a new watch band. He asked the inevitable why, and I showed him what I thought was an irreparably damaged watch. He asked if I really wanted the new watch or if it could be fixed, would I prefer that. Sure, who wouldn't, I replied. He put a pin in to reconnect the band, told me there was no charge and I left happy I went out into a horrible rainstorm, and spent the watch money on takeout!”
