We did go to moove in storage previously who said they were open between eight and 12 we showed up at 11 and there was no one there when we called their self service, they were not able to reach the property manager, waste of my time and gas”

“When I arrived at CubeSmart, I was having a real bad day. Then I met Eunique. I think I was a bit rude, but she was able to stay calm and make me feel a little better with her smile. I was in a big hurry and she was able to take care of my rental quickly. She explained all my entrances and exits and where to park and how to navigate the place. I have been a sales manager for 25 years and I wish that my people were able to make people feel good like she does. I’ve rented quite a few places in my time and this was a great experience.”

“Hope was the staff in the office that assisted in a major issue I encountered. Some belongings were ruined from the previous owners. Hope was the absolute best resource to resolve this dilemma quickly and way better than I ever could ask for. Looking back at today’s experience I wish there were more employees at companies that had this type of mindset to resolve customer issues so well.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Countrywide Moving and Storage. From the moment I booked, the team was professional, communicative, and efficient. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and handled everything with care. They packed and loaded my belongings quickly, but nothing felt rushed or overlooked.
The movers were friendly, polite, and clearly experienced. They navigated some tricky staircases and large furniture with ease. Upon arrival at my new place, they carefully unloaded and placed everything exactly where I wanted it.
