“It was a pleasure renting from Lansdale Stor & Lock. I rented a unit for over a year and had a great experience. Great location right in the center of Lansdale, with nice clean units and easy 24/7 access. Management staff was always helpful and easy to reach, and they have an intuitive website with auto payment options and a great text payment notification. Prices were the best around. I would recommend Stor & Lock to anyone looking for self storage around the Lansdale area.”

“I've used multiple storage companies before this and this place has been good to me so far. I just had rent increase after only a short term so after contacting customer service I spoke with the location manager and he was able to help me go thru the process of requesting to negotiate a lower the increase in rent. The location isn't at the best intersection and the property could definitely use some work but I've seen worse.”

“Looks like my first review of Extra Space Storage didn’t get published, so I am writing a follow-up to it.I continue to be impressed with how this company and the Plymouth Meeting (Lee drive) location is run. They went from an excellent facility manager Kathy to an equally excellent manager Darla. Darla listens to the clients needs and works with you to provide the best solution to your storage needs. The place is amazingly clean and has everything you’ll need for your storage needs. One time I had a few boxes fall and bind up door, the gentleman there grabbed his ladder and figured out what was interfering with the door and got me squared away. Very pleased with this place. They have great people to help you and very pleasant to do business with. Thanks to Darla again for all she done for me.”

Staff was friendly and professional, the facility was in great shape, the unit was exactly as described, and the snow removal was excellent. Best yet, the prices were CHEAPER than the run down unit I was only in for a week. Photos are of TMC and where I just moved out of, what an upgrade!”

“Came into the office to talk to someone about my rent increase and I was greeted with a warm welcome from the manager Annie. She explained that from 6-12 months I would get a rent increase but there is a way that she can help me with a better rate. Immediately I thought to myself she understands what GOOD BUSINESS is. She then told me about the options I have as far as transferring into another unit or smaller. She asked to see my unit to see if i was occupying the entire unit an we came up with a plan for me to down size because only 75% (her words) was being occupied . She was very knowledgeable and made me aware that the transfer process was easy. She told me that I had an entire day to move my things which was super helpful and she even made it a priority to come check on me to make sure I was doing okay while I was moving my items to my new unit. This young lady deserves to be recognized because not only was she helpful she also showed that she cares about her tenants here. Thank you so much for all of your help Annie”
“We have been customers of Rockhill Storage and now Moove In for almost 20 years. The Moove In staff have been very helpful during the transition.And today, I needed help. I came to pick up our wheelchair, and asked Matt, the manager, for assistance in moving the wheelchair into the car, a feat, which I, at my age, am no longer able to do. Matt graciously did it for me. He also installed a new lock. After 20 years, our lock and key were creaky, and difficult to open.Wonderful examples of "customer service" at its best.Thank you, Matt!Mary”
