Digitally signed the docs, emailed in the backup paperwork and have a check in hand the next day. When you complain to the branch, they make changes. Not necessarily immediately but they do make changes.”

“We love Belco! We have been members for many years and we think that their kids programs to encourage kids to start saving are so helpful and motivating. Our kids have become great savers because of these incentives. Belco also does a lot of things for the community and holds skating parties and Easter egg hunts that our children love. Our children also love that they receive a postcard with a five dollar award for their birthday. It always makes them feel special. it is great to see one certain credit unions go out of their way to really bless their customers. Their customer service is great and we really appreciate Laura Kennedy, the branch manager who went out of her way to help our family with an account problem we encountered.”

“Oh my wowzers... I had the best experience at Members 1st on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg. It started when this really kind man opened the door for me. His chivalry was so unexpected and so wonderful! Then I was immediately greeted by a lovely woman named Camilla who helped me take care of a pressing financial matter. I needed $1,000 in cash converted into something that was as good as cash. She helped me determine whether a money order or a cashier's check was a better fit for the need. The need was for a mother who lost custody of her children after experiencing post partum complications. She was behind on child support payments and this $1,000 was needed to keep her out of prison. If you ever want to do some good deeds for someone, consider calling Dauphin County Domestic Relations and asking them if you can pay someone's purge amount, so that the paying parent can continue seeing the children. Furthermore, consider getting your money order from Members 1st on Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg. Lastly, consider asking for Camilla. “The banking institution itself is awesome the physical locations are always busy with super long lines inside, at the drive through, and the atm so expect to spend some times there. The only thing that makes it better is the people that work there are really friendly and they care about their customers.
