GIANT Pharmacy is a well-maintained store that is always clean and extremely well lit. The shelves are consistently well-stocked. The employees are helpful, kind, friendly, and professional, often going above and beyond. They take their work very seriously, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a group of friends than just a place to pick up medications or groceries. Staff are known to help customers navigate stressful situations and find what they are looking for. The store is bigger and better-than-average compared to other chains, with a quite good organic aisle. While some note a darker decor theme in the produce area, it is still well lit. The store is managed well, though the parking lot exit system could be improved. Prices were raised after Covid, but this is assumed to be true at every area store. Overall, it is an awesome Giant for weekly shopping, blowing competitors out of the water.
Becky & Carrie are awesome!! The customer service is top notch, and just feels good to be able to do my family's weekly grocery shopping while picking up or prescriptions, too!! I will forever be a Giant customer.
