My prescriptions are always ready when I need them. I never have to wait. If you choose, the they have a convenient monthly billing program. Your prescriptions are filled each month for you to pickup or THEY DELIVER at no extra charge. You play one bill each month, even if you have an extra one off prescription during the month.
The pharmacists are very knowledgeable about vaccines. They have always answered all our questions. And if you have a question about a medication like how to take it or possible interactions, they make themselves available to give you a clear and understandable answer.
No, they don't have aisles and aisles of merchandise that isn't related to health or wellness like a CVS or Rite Aid, but that's not why I go there. It's the careful and personal service and reasonable prices for my medications.”

With the 4 scripts that I pay out of pocket, I try to hold down the cost as much as I can. By doing that I can stay out of the catastrophic stage with taking Eliquis along with the rest. “I used to live in Etown, but moved away several years ago, I recently went into this Weis while I was in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! A manager, named Nina, walked past me and greeted me with a smile and a ‘Good Morning!’. I returned the greeting and off-hand mentioned my long absence. Nina asked how she could help me find anything. I declined the offer, then Nina assured me that if I needed any information or any assistance that I should please ask. During our brief interaction, Nina was completely a friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employee. I MISS THIS STORE!”
“Had my first visit to Sam's Club today and was thoroughly impressed! We couldn't find one item on our list, so we asked an associate for help. After showing us where it was supposed to be, he noticed the shelf was empty, went into the back, brought out a new batch to restock, and specifically tracked us down so we could get what we came for. Every single associate and sample team member was genuinely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!”

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to recognize an extraordinary employee named Kelly, who works at your customer service desk.
On the evening of my visit, I was shopping for an important birthday celebration when my card unexpectedly would not authorize. I was embarrassed, upset, and unsure of how I was going to pay for the groceries I needed. What happened next was something I never could have imagined.
Kelly witnessed the situation and, without any expectation of recognition or repayment, chose to pay for my entire grocery bill of approximately $170 using her own personal Visa card.
Her kindness brought me to tears. In a moment when I felt overwhelmed and defeated, Kelly showed compassion, generosity, and genuine concern for another person. She transformed what could have been a very difficult memory into one I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
Many people provide good customer service, but what Kelly demonstrated went far beyond customer service. She demonstrated humanity at its very best. Her actions reflected the values of kindness, empathy, and community that every company hopes to represent.

While I have not had problems with accuracy, billing or customer service (3 stars for that) there is always a long line.
With the closure of Rite Aid pharmacy and the notable up-tick in business at this site, management has not expanded Rx Techs to meet demand. The facility has two pick-up windows and only ever runs one.”
