I had rather recently changed my insurance provider to get a lower cost on my auto policy, so I was not shopping for insurance at the time. But curiously, I contacted Robert to provide a cost quote for a total insurance package. Needless to say, I found the package price very acceptable. Also, I was impressed with promptness and professionalism of the information flow. It is interesting to be dealing with a "local" agent rather than someone a couple states away as with my previous insurers.
